Have 2 rooms available NOW!The flat was newly renovated last summer. It's a beautiful location by Nova Sarka(the biggest park in Prague). It's 12 min by bus to the metro do Dejvice and then abt 10 min to the center. The bus here will also take u directly to the airport, in case u travel a lot.
I am looking for long term ie.min 9 month, rather 1 year. We are 2 plp here now and looking for 2 new flatmates right now (each has a seperate room). The price is 7,500kc all utilities and 24/7 internet. The only extra is the cleaning material costs, which we all share.The deposit is 2 month rent- 15,000Kc.
Need someone easy going, clean, responsible, and quiet ie. no house parties. All the rooms are fully furnished!
How to get here: Take the green metro line to Dejvicka (end stop) and then the bus 119 direction airport to 'Nova Sarka'.
